Finally, we could retire and build a quality custom home that met expectations and allowed us to “age in place”. We had moved many times and built more than a few houses. We knew what good looked like. After our first meeting with Jeff Garrison and Jennifer Hudson, there was no question that Garrison Homes would build our home. Jenn was with us from plan design, selections, contract preparation to final completion. She understood what we wanted. Jenn spent hours (even on weekends and evenings) working with us to be sure the plans, plumbing, exterior materials, and other selections contained all the detail needed. She really cared and when needed gave us her personal time to be sure we would have the house we wanted with no regrets. When the actual build started, Eva……came on board to help us during the construction process. Eva is someone you can always count on, she is tireless and keeps everything in motion and moving forward. She is always on your side to ensure the plans and contract specifications are met. The costs are transparent and there are no surprises. When Eva says “I’m on it” things happen. We are now in our home at the Peninsula and have no regrets.
