Angus  is just an amazing person. He came to take care of my one year list today and he went above and beyond. He is so sweet and kind, extremely communicative, he doesn’t make excuses for things that weren’t done right from the beginning and doesn’t cut corners where they can be cut.

One thing specifically stuck out to me more than anything else. In my garage there are open holes in the ceiling where the pipes are and according to my inspector, they have to be closed due to fire hazard because there is a room above it. I forget exactly what he said but it was something like, the inspector says they don’t have to do this because of whatever. We said okay no problem. He drove away and came back 5 minutes later and said I know that is your son’s room (he is 3) so I am going to come back and take care of that for you just so it’s safe, we don’t want to take any chances. That really got me. It really is a 2 second fix but the fact that he wanted to make sure my son was safe meant a lot. Especially because I know he has a lot to deal with every day.

I know people complain about everything and anything and you rarely hear good things but I have to praise Angus and just tell you guys how great he is. I thank him for everything he has done for us and as always it was a pleasure working with him to get these issues taken care of.
