Jeff Garrison, co-owner of Garrison Homes, started the company in 2000 alongside his father Charles. His love for construction began during his high school years working in a lumberyard.

Born and raised in Delaware, Jeff’s family connection to Rehoboth Beach dates back to the 1960s. His grandfather, Gamaliel Garrison, once operated Garrison’s Olde English Donut Shop on Rehoboth Avenue in the building which now houses Grotto’s Pizza. Gamaliel, a first-generation carpenter who owned and operated his own cabinetry company, began the family’s legacy of pursuing custom, high-quality building projects.

Jeff manages and oversees all of the company’s office staff and subcontractors. He remains hands-on throughout the entire home-building process, even attending all initial meetings with company salespersons. He has three children: Parker, Gavin, and Isla. His oldest son, Parker, gained 4 years of computer-aided design experience in high school and is currently pursuing college-level studies in this field. Parker intends to work with the company once his degree is finished, and Jeff eagerly looks forward to his son becoming the first 4th-generation member of the Garrison family to begin a career in the home-building industry.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys boating, fishing, and crabbing with his family.
