As the first official project in our newly formed renovations division (circa 2017), this home is certainly memorable for our team. Originally built in 2015 by our custom homes division, the owners reached out to Garrison when they were ready to add a deck for a hot tub with views of the Rehoboth Bay. Later, they decided to do another renovation, and our team finished the space under the home to make an enviable rec room for their children. We work hard to meet our clients needs and when they come back to us again and again for future upgrades to their property, it is simply the best compliment.
