For this project, we completed a whole home interior and exterior remodel including adding a third floor to the residence. With an unbeatable location and strong bones, we were able to maintain the original structure but stripped the entire interior to the studs. Maximizing available space to contain all of the desired modern amenities while also leaving room for large windows which allow natural light to stream throughout could have been a challenge, but our renovations team was up for the task. When it was completed, the team did such a wonderful job on this home that they received the Regal Award for Best Kitchen Design by a Remodeler. For the exterior, we used Dryvit to give the home a clean stucco finish. The color combination on the outside gives off just the right coastal vibe to ensure that this vacation home invites you to relax before you even walk through the front door
