Building or renovating in town Rehoboth means strict regulations on what owners can do with their property as the town is trying to limit congestion and keep as much green space as possible. With an ocean block location in Rehoboth Beach, moving to an alternative location to accommodate the owner’s desires was not a viable option so a first class remodel was in order. The GH team kept within the rules of the city on this whole home renovation while still meeting the requests of the owner for both a main house and a guest house/pool house.
